The Plant

I interned at The Plant my last semester in Chicago while completing my undergraduate degree. The premise of my internship was to research their sustainable design principles and assist in making facility function changes.

Beyond enjoying interning there, I found the design elements to have been quite thoughtful and enjoyable. The salvaged nature of the facility made for some creative and unexpected elements.

Over the summer I was reached out to by the team and asked to complete an exterior rendering of the building for their own personal uses. I also included some interior paintings of the Winter Garden located inside the facility.
